JSC “Revda non-ferrous metals processing work company” is specialized in production of non-ferrous metal tubes, bars, ingots, wire, alloying composition, fittings, nipples, muffs, bars and electrodes dispersion-hardened composite materials. Our plant has been working on this market more than 60 years.

Assortment of the products is more than 15000 sizes and types.

Nowadays our plant produces tubes from copper, nickel and alloys according to the Russian Gosts, European and American standards.

Today we can offer you tubes produced in accordance with requirements of EN 12449, EN 12451 and ASTM B 111. Tubes will correspond to the requirements of this standards with the exception of  several points.

Deviation from the requirements of the EN12451:

P. 6.3.4.  Our plant produces tubes with the length up to the 12000 mm, with tolerance on the length +5 mm.

P. 6.3.5.2. Our plant produces tubes with curvature 5 mm to 1 meter of the length.

P. 6.3.5.3. Our plant produces tubes with the perpendicularity of cut 2 mm.

P. 6.4. By request of the customer tubes with the length up to the 6 meters can be pickled. Tubes with the length more than 6 meters can’t be pickled.

There are no deviations from the EN 12499.

Deviation from the requirements of the ASTM B 111:

P. 8.1. In order to define mechanical properties of the tubes our plant carries out following tests: measuring of the tensile strength and yield strength. The conclusion of the tubes mechanical properties is made on the basis of this figures. But also it is possible to define mechanical properties according to the hardness measurement.

P.14.3. Our plant produces tubes with the length up to the 12000 mm with tolerance on the length +5 mm.

P.14.4. Our plant produces tubes with the perpendicularity of cut 2 mm.

The quality of the products is under laboratory control. The hygienic certificate is issued for the copper  pipeline tubes. Measuring techniques laboratory, analytical and sanitary laboratory are accredited according to the GOST R system. Quality management system is approved by “Lloyds Register Quality Assurance” in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000.
