JSC "Revda Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Works" is situated in the Ural city of Revda, Sverdlovsk region at distance of 45 km from Yekaterinburg. It is a leading company among the manufactures of copper and nickel and alloys bars, tubes and pipes in Russia.
Among the company production are not only general-purpose tubes and pipes, but we also manufacture tubes of specific requirements for heat exchangers, pressure gauges, wave-guides, line pipes, and fittings; nickel pipes for radio electronics, capillary tubes for refrigeration and instrument engineering; there is a wide range of bars of round, square, rectangular and hexagon cross section. The company was awarded the status of "Leader of Russian Economics".
The range of company's production is extremely wide and it includes about 15 thousand standard sizes made of 67 types of alloys.
Our company has an opportunity to ensure production of tubes in coils with a length up to 10 km each and in cuts with a length up to 12 m each, diameter from 0.35 mm up to 180.0 mm, with wall thickness from 0.03 mm up to 35.0 mm, with strict accuracy and high working surface precision. Geometry tolerance for some types of tubes does not exceed several microns.
The production process includes melting and casting, pressing, rolling and drawing operations controlled by modern equipment.
Quality of products is controlled by the accredited Central Research Laboratory equipped with advanced instruments, testing machines and reliable calibration equipment. In 1996 the company's system was certified by International Company " LRQA" as compliant to ISO 9001:1994 (certificate#950987). System of Quality Management was re-certified for the duration of 3 years as compliant to ISO 9001:2000 in April, 1999.
